All Nova Scotia Athletes that are interested in declaring a spot for Team Nova Scotia at the 2023 Athletics Canada Cross County National Championships in Ottawa in November, must declare thier interest via email to Technical Director Kirk Jessome at athleticstd@sportnovascotia.ca by November 13, 2023. Previous cross country results will be used in the selection.
