With the sport restrictions still staying the same until March 21, we have the following important meet notes to pass along:
- Registration is open at https://www.trackie.com/online-registration/event/2022-athletics-ns-indoor-open/474242/#.YhdjfS2cbBI
- Jumps only will be Friday, Running events on Saturday and Throws on Sunday
- Each person is allowed to register for 1 event per day
- There are caps set on each event - so please register early
- The NEW registration deadline is Monday night - we are using the extra day to add in people where we may have space freed up
- Because I have not had confirmation from CGC for a separate coach zone, we will be allowing 5 coaches TOTAL per session. A sign-up sheet to follow next week
- The entrance for the meet will be the exterior white doors BEFORE entry into the lobby of CGC
- Masks will be required by ALL when not actively warming up or competing
- Proof of vaccination will no longer be required
- Athletes will only be permitted inside 30 mins prior to their event
- Athletes must leave PROMPTLY after their event to allow the next group to enter the facility

- We have the right to change the schedule and entries to fit within our capacity limit of 60 people total (that includes athletes, officials and coaches)
- Thanks for your patience as we try to meet the needs of our members will adhering to the guidelines of the facility/province and transitioning new staff/meet directors on board
