Goal Setting and Achievement
Setting goals is important, but how does one actually do that. Just as important, how do you then go about keeping those goals are working toward them? Athletes will be given a goal setting outline that we will fill out together. If there is interest, then we will have a follow-up meeting for our goal setting. This is for athletes (and coaches) of all levels. Our session will be between 60 and 75 minutes with a start time of 7pm, November 29. A videoconference link will be sent to registrants.
